How much can a parking space earn?
It depends on the area and the kind of space. For a rough idea, public marketplace listings for car spaces in Bengaluru mostly sit between ₹1,800 and ₹4,600 a month, and one older guide quotes ₹2,500 to ₹8,000. - The security you offer: a gate, a guard, a camera or good lighting. Be honest about it.
- Your price, and whether you rent by the day or the month.
- Clear, well-lit photos of the actual space.
- A promise to reply quickly when someone asks about it.
