About RentParkings: Solving India's Parking Problem

Anyone who drives in an Indian city knows the routine. You reach your destination on time, and then the real journey begins: circling the block, squeezing into narrow lanes, hoping a spot opens up before the meeting starts. We built RentParkings to fix that.

Parking in India shouldn't be this hard

Streets are packed, malls are full, and the "no parking" board always seems to be right where you needed to stop. Parking is one of the biggest everyday problems in Indian cities.

And yet, somewhere close by, a parking space sits empty. An apartment slot whose owner is at work all day. An office lot that goes quiet after six. A garage nobody uses.

Why we built RentParkings

The space to solve the problem mostly exists already. It is just locked away, unlisted and out of reach of the people who need it.

RentParkings connects the two sides. Drivers get a reliable place to park. Owners turn an idle space into income. The city gets a little less congested, one car at a time.

How RentParkings works

If you need parking

Search by city and area, compare the type of space (open, covered, apartment, private garage, bike, EV charging or heavy-vehicle parking), check the location and rate, and contact the owner directly to arrange hourly, daily or monthly parking. Prices are set by each owner, so read the listing carefully before you pay.

If you have a space

List it on RentParkings, set your price and let drivers nearby find it. Listing is free at the moment. Your unused parking slot starts working for you. See how listing works.

What we stand for

Simple

Finding parking should take a minute, not a morning.

Local

Every space is listed by area, so you find parking where you actually need it.

Useful for everyone

Drivers save time and stress, and owners earn from space they weren't using.

Growing city by city

RentParkings has spaces listed in Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Jaipur, Noida and Lucknow, and more are added as owners list them.

Be part of the fix

Looking for a spot, or got an empty space? Either way, you are helping make parking a little easier.
